文化笔记
- ★英美面试语气不同:美国更热情(「Great question!」),英国更收敛。跟着面试官的节奏走。
- ★反过来提问被默认会提 — 完全没有问题就是最常见的红旗。
- ★薪资期望:先做市场调研。如果你卡住了,「What's competitive for this role at my level」是一个合理的问法。

做几次模拟面试才会感觉准备好了?+
覆盖不同题型的五次扎实模拟,基本就够了。别重复同一组问题 — 行为题、技术题、假设题、薪酬题轮着练。
可以专门练某个行业吗 — 互联网、金融、医疗?+
可以。在开始时告诉导师:「I'm interviewing for a senior backend engineer role at a fintech」。问题会自动调整。
反馈是真的还是只是客气?+
真的。导师会指出你具体在哪里啰嗦了、哪个口头禅出现得太多、哪一题没接住,并给出修正后的句子。
我比较内向,模拟面试不会更焦虑吗?+
正相反 — 失败成本是零,所以你可以做不好。三四节课通常足够削掉真实面试时的紧张感。
