英語での就職面接は、多くの学習者が経験する中で最も重要な英語スピーキングです。文法が問われているのではありません。説得力が試されています。言葉が詰まれば、たとえ内容が正しくても準備不足に見えます。これらのレッスンはその準備のためにあります。

このレッスンでは、実際に聞かれる質問をするAI採用担当者の向かいに座ります。STARメソッドを使って行動面接の質問に答え、逆質問を行い、フィードバックを受け取ります。次の面接では準備万端になります。

不自然な表現

自然な表現

I've been working at this company for two years.

現在も続いている経験には現在完了進行形を使います。「at」a company、「in」ではありません。

文化的なポイント

★英国と米国の面接はトーンが異なります。米国はより熱量があり（「Great question!」）、英国は控えめです（「That's an interesting point」）。どちらも誠実さは評価されます。
★考えて逆質問をすることは、オプションではなく期待されることです。質問がゼロというのは、面接で最も多い単独ミスです。
★給与の期待値：事前に市場調査をしましょう。「What's competitive for this role at my level」は価格交渉を始める専門的な言い方です。
