Send a cancellation notice

Use this form to cancel a purchase or to stop your subscription. We record the time we receive your notice and give you a reference number on the screen and by email.

Needed only if you choose Something else. You can add, for example, the plan, the amount or the last 4 digits of the card. Never write the full card number.

You can also stop a subscription yourself in your profile, under Manage subscription. Go to your profile

Measurement settings

We count page views and a few actions, such as lesson started, with numbers and fixed labels only, to see what works and fix what does not. We show no ads, do not follow you to other sites and store no identifier on your device.
