Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 16 June 2026

Vontix Daniel Ltd. (ח.פ / company no. 517337184) is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all of its users, including people with disabilities. We are working to make the tospeak.ai website and the digital services offered through it accessible, out of a commitment to dignity, independence and equality, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We invest effort and resources so that every person, including people with disabilities, can browse the website and use the Tospeak services comfortably, independently and equally. Accessibility is an ongoing process: we continue to test, improve and update the site's accessibility features on a regular basis, and we are committed to fixing any deficiencies that are found within a reasonable time.

Standard and Level Applied

The site is being made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at conformance level AA.

We are working to bring the site to this level and to maintain it over time, while continuously striving to improve and expand the adaptations in place.

Adaptations Made on the Site

Among the adaptations and actions we have taken to make the site accessible:

  • Keyboard navigation, without dependence on a mouse, for the site's main actions.
  • Semantic page structure and a logical heading order, enabling easy orientation and use of assistive technologies.
  • Alternative text (alt) for images and graphic elements that carry information.
  • Adjusted color contrast between text and background to improve readability.
  • The ability to enlarge and resize text without breaking the layout.
  • Support for right-to-left (RTL) text for Hebrew content.
  • A consistent and clear structure across the site's pages and forms.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to review all components of the site, to expand the accessibility adaptations and to improve the experience for people with disabilities.

Known Limitations and an Alternative Way to Receive the Service

Some components of the site, including the real-time video lessons with the AI-based avatar tutors, rely on complex technologies and on third-party provider components, and therefore may not yet be fully accessible in every usage environment or with every assistive technology.

In addition, we are working to complete advanced adaptations for screen readers and common assistive technologies across all components of the site. Until full accessibility of these components is completed, we will be glad to provide the content and service in an alternative, adapted manner.

Where a particular component or service is not fully accessible to you, we will be glad to help and to provide the service in an alternative, adapted manner. You can contact us at support@tospeak.ai or by phone at +972 52-375-3936, and we will make every effort to enable you to receive the service.

Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you encountered a difficulty or an accessibility problem on the site, or if you would like to request an accessibility accommodation, we would be glad to hear from you. Please include in your request a description of the problem, the page or action where you encountered the difficulty, the type of browser and assistive technology you are using, and your contact details so we can get back to you.

Because the company has fewer than 25 employees, there is no legal obligation to appoint a named accessibility coordinator. Nonetheless, we make the contact channels above available to you and are committed to handling every accessibility request promptly and seriously.

Commitment to Fix and Update

We are committed to reviewing every accessibility request and to acting to correct any deficiencies that are found within a reasonable time. This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated from time to time in line with the improvements we make to the site.

The site's most recent accessibility review was carried out on 16 June 2026.
